Return Policy – Marielle Toronto
Please read our return policy carefully. By placing an order with Marielle Toronto, you agree to the terms outlined below. No exceptions will be made.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. For hygiene-related products, items must be properly cleaned before initiating a return.
We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling. Only manufacturing defects are eligible under this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including underwear, lingerie, and other sealed hygiene products once opened.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@marielletoronto.com with the following information: your order number, reason for the return, a photo of the item (if damaged), and your contact details.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and issued to your original payment method.
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank or card account first. If the issue continues, contact us at support@marielletoronto.com.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Shipping costs typically start at $25 depending on your location.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our fulfillment center in Asia.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If the issue occurs again with the replacement, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed due to our automated processing system.
